Job Description

Coordinate dispatch and delivery operations, vehicle and transporter arrangements, warehouse loading, shipment tracking, and timely delivery. Handle vendor/customer coordination, payment follow-up, PI, TI, E-Way Bill . Verify freight charges, resolve delivery issues, and maintain Excel/CRM/ERP records and daily reports.
