Delivery Boy Biker

The Seller Pickup Biker is responsible for collecting shipments from seller locations, ensuring accurate scanning, shipment verification, timely pickup execution, and smooth movement of shipments to the warehouse/center while maintaining operational and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned seller locations as per pickup route and schedule

• Pick up shipments from seller offices/locations as per assigned pickup manifest

• Verify shipment count and basic shipment details before pickup

• Operate HHD device for shipment scanning and status updates

• Ensure accurate pickup confirmation and real-time status update through HHD

• Handle shipments carefully to avoid damage or loss during transportation

• Submit pickup records and ensure shipment handover at the center

• Follow assigned routes, productivity targets, and operational SOPs

• Coordinate with TL/Center team for pickup-related issues and escalations

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

• Own bike preferred / mandatory as per center requirement

• Smartphone and HHD device handling knowledge

• Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account mandatory

• Physically fit and comfortable with field operations

Skills Required:

• Basic scanning and device handling knowledge

• Route planning and time management

• Attention to shipment handling and accuracy

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under operational timelines

Working Hours:

• Shift-based operations as per center requirement

• Weekly off as per roster
