Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage and update company data in Google Sheets. The candidate will be responsible for entering, maintaining, verifying, and organizing data accurately while ensuring confidentiality and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily data accurately into Google Sheets
• Maintain employee records, attendance, production, stock, or departmental data
• Update reports and spreadsheets on a regular basis
• Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with departments for required information
• Manage file organization and proper documentation
• Ensure data backup and confidentiality of records
• Generate reports as required by management
• Track pending entries and complete work within deadlines

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP, FILTER, etc. (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
