About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our international property management operations. You will be the primary point of contact for guests across UK, US, UAE, and Australian markets β€” handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless guest experience through voice calls and chat platforms during night shift hours.


Shift timings will be assigned based on the project and operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction (Voice & Chat)

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries through calls and chat platforms with a professional and personalized approach.


Customer Support

Respond promptly to guest queries. Provide accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions. Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically.


Team Coordination

Collaborate with rental and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience across all channels.


Issue Resolution

Address guest concerns in real time with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Reporting & Task Management

Manage daily task planning, reporting, and reservation handling as required by the assigned project.


Skills & Requirements

* Fluent spoken and written English (Mandatory)

* Good typing speed with accuracy (Mandatory)

* Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel (Mandatory)

* Professional email drafting and guest communication

* Problem-solving and guest satisfaction handling

* Reservation system handling and billing support

* Cross-selling and guest engagement

* Process compliance and adaptability to diverse guest situations
