Job Description
Customer Relationship Manager
-Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling dispatch queries, return/exchange requests, and refund processing.
-Communicate fluently and professionally in English via phone, chat, and email.
-Verify return/exchange eligibility and coordinate pickups with logistics.
-Process and follow up on refund requests with finance/operations teams.
-Resolve customer complaints calmly, identifying root causes and offering suitable solutions.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
-Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business.
