Customer Relationship Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and customer references.
• Visit residential and commercial customers to promote solar solutions.
• Explain the benefits and features of solar products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the internal team.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Submit daily sales activity reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Solar.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
