Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards for the well-being of staff and guests. 

● Monitor ingredient freshness and quality, implementing portion control to minimize food waste. 

● Supervise kitchen operations during peak hours, providing guidance and training to junior staff as needed. 

● Assist in managing kitchen expenses by controlling inventory, reducing food waste, and adhering to budgetary guidelines. 

● Stay informed about industry trends and culinary techniques to enhance menu offerings continuously. 

● Accommodate special dietary requests and cater to guest preferences with flexibility and attention to detail.
