Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Expand market presence across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams for smooth execution.
