Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online portals, and social media platforms
  • Generate leads for IT services including web development, app development, and digital marketing
  • Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce company services
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain and update CRM records / lead tracking sheets regularly
  • Assist senior BDMs in client meetings, presentations, and deal closures
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or any relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of IT services (website, app, digital marketing) — preferred
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
