Job Description

Position: Telecalling Sales Executive / Relationship Officer

Product: Pre-Approved Personal Loan

Process: Existing Customer Calling

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCall existing Muthoot Finance customers using the company's provided customer database.
  • Explain pre-approved personal loan offers, eligibility and loan benefits.
  • Convince and motivate customers to avail the personal loan facility.
  • Generate interested customers through effective telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with the application and documentation process.
  • Coordinate with the processing team to ensure successful loan disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
