Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Executive + Client Servicing

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat

Number of Openings: 1

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years                                                                                                                                  

Salary Offered: From ₹25,000 per month

Travel Requirement: Extensive local travel (Electric Scooter will be provided by the company)

Languages Required: Gujarati and Hindi


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Outdoor who will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and servicing existing customers in the paint, hardware, and plumbing sectors. The role combines Business Development (BDE) and Client Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and onboard new Contractors, and Architects in Surat and nearby areas and maintain strong relationship with them.

·      Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities.

·      Lead Generation – Identify new projects and renovation work through site visits

·      Develop and maintain relationships with customers in paint, hardware, and plumbing stores.

·      Present products and services effectively to potential clients.

·      Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

·      Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

·      Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

·      Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.

·      Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

·      Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

 

Target Market Coverage

·      Paint Stores: 2 outlets

·      Hardware Material Stores: 1 outlet

·      Plumbing Supply Stores: 2 outlets

Required Qualifications

·      Graduate in any discipline preferred.

·      2–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, business development, or client servicing.

·      Experience in paint, hardware, building materials, or plumbing industry is highly preferred.

·      Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.

·      Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·      Familiarity with the Surat market, especially Vesu and surrounding areas.
