Job OverviewKirnoday Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to promote and sell industrial solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, sales presentations, and converting prospects into customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads from industrial clients within a 100 km radius of Surat.
  • Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Explain solar solutions and their financial benefits (ROI, savings, payback period).
  • Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct client presentations and site visits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and submit daily work reports.
  • RequirementsAny Graduate (MBA Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in B2B, Industrial, or Field Sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Surat industrial areas is preferred.
  • Own vehicle (Bike/Car) is mandatory.
