Business Development Executive - Admissions & Counseling (Vesu, Surat)

EasySkill is one of Surat's fastest-growing career academies, with centers in Adajan, Vesu, and Bhestan and a track record of helping students build job-ready skills. We're expanding our admissions team and looking for driven closers.

The Role

You'll connect with students and parents who have already shown interest — no cold calling from scratch. Your job is to follow up consistently, counsel them on the right course, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

What you'll do

• Respond fast to inbound leads via call and WhatsApp

• Run a structured follow-up cadence (most admissions close on the 3rd–7th touch)

• Conduct counseling sessions and close enrollments

• Handle objections around fees, outcomes, and timing

• Keep all lead activity updated in our CRM

What we're looking for

• Fluent Gujarati and Hindi; functional English

• Persuasive, persistent, and target-driven

• 0–3 years in sales, telecalling, counseling, or BPO (strong freshers welcome)

• Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM
