Back Office & CRM Executive

We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our textile operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn different aspects of production, inventory management, dispatch, and sales support within the textile industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in folding, packing, and preparing sarees for dispatch

• Count, check, and organize stock

• Assist in inventory management and stock-taking activities

• Handle movement of stock between departments and locations

• Support production and dispatch operations

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas

• Assist the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities

• Perform other operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (preferable)

• Ability to read and write basic English (preferable)

• Physically active and willing to work in a hands-on environment

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
