Job Description

Accounts & Quotation Executive

We are looking for an Accounts & Quotation Executive to manage daily billing, accounts, quotations, and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bills and quotations
  • Send quotations and bills on WhatsApp
  • Maintain daily accounts and entries
  • Manage cash, credit & debit entries
  • Make bank entries and maintain bank records
  • Track customer payments and outstanding amounts
  • Handle business WhatsApp and customer queries
  • Prepare basic daily reports

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good computer & Excel skills
  • Tally/accounting software knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and accuracy
  • Experience preferred, but freshers can apply
