Accountant

• Manage all purchase and sales entries for both offline and e-commerce transactions with complete supporting documentation in Miracle accounting software.

• Perform bank statement entries and bank reconciliation for all company accounts regularly and accurately.

• Maintain and manage all party outstanding (O/S) — track receivables and payables and handle payment follow-ups.

• Reconcile e-commerce platform settlements across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio etc. — matching orders vs. payments vs. returns vs. claims.

• Handle commission, shipping invoice entries, and platform deduction postings, including Good Return entries for Easy Sale and other marketplace return flows.

• Manage complete GST accounting including GST 2B reconciliation, GST payable working, and GSTR-1 preparation and submission to CA.

• Handle TDS entries and working; manage TCS accounting for e-commerce transactions and coordinate with CA for TDS and TCS return filing.

• Process monthly payroll entries in accounting books — salary, PF, ESIC, and PT deductions posting.

• Prepare and submit PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliance data and coordinate with consultant and CA for timely filings.

• Coordinate with CA and auditor for GST Annual Return, ROC filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Maintain ledgers, trial balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet data and support periodic management and audit review. 

• Prepare and share weekly and monthly MIS reports to management covering revenue, expenses, outstanding balances, and financial performance.

• Cross-check sales with TCS reports and coordinate with Suraj Ji for payroll administration and internal accounting alignment.
