Job Description
Navi Energy is looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand the value of transitioning to solar power. You will focus on generating high-quality leads, understanding customer energy needs, and scheduling technical consultations to drive our ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Outbound Sales: Conduct daily outbound calls to residential and commercial prospects to introduce Navi Energy’s rooftop solar solutions and technical components.
- Consultative Lead Qualification: Apply consultative sales frameworks (such as the SPIN selling method) to uncover customer pain points regarding their current energy costs and present solar as a high-value solution.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all calls, customer details, and follow-up activities using our internal CRM and Google Sheets tracking systems.
- Schedule Consultations: Successfully convert cold and warm leads into booked site surveys and technical meetings for the senior project team.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns regarding solar installation costs, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets and monthly quotas for qualified meetings and lead conversions.
- Continuous Follow-Up: Execute disciplined follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring no potential customer falls through the cracks.
- What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: Proven track record in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales. Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, or technical B2B/B2C sectors is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident phone presence and strong active listening abilities.
- Sales Acumen: Familiarity with value-based selling and an understanding of how to build trust and urgency over the phone.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, tracking data in spreadsheets, and adapting to automated business workflows.
- Organization: Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills to balance dialing, follow-ups, and data entry.
- Mindset: Coachable, resilient under pressure, and highly motivated to hit targets and grow within the company.
