Technical Sales Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Technical Sales Executive for our Surat Branch to develop new business and expand our presence in the jewellery machinery market.

The candidate will be responsible for field visits, new customer development, lead generation, product presentation, quotation follow-up and sales conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new customers and business opportunities in Surat & surrounding areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to jewellery manufacturers, jewellery factories and workshops.
• Generate new leads through market visits, references, exhibitions and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery/products.
• Explain technical features, applications and benefits of machines to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for commercial proposals.
• Follow up regularly on enquiries and quotations until order closure.
• Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Track competitor activities, market demand and new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily customer visit, lead and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
• Coordinate with Head Office, Service and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
