Job Description
π Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Waterjet Unit Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role combines technical expertise with business development, requiring someone who understands waterjet technology and can convert prospects into loyal clients.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and approach potential clients in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Deal Closure: Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets
- Product Knowledge: Leverage deep waterjet technology expertise to address client needs and technical concerns
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Collaboration: Work with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and post-sale support
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients
π€ Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with waterjet cutting units (operation, maintenance, or sales)
- Age: 30β50 years old
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in B2B industrial environments
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of waterjet technology, applications, and specifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages a plus)
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable working with sales management tools and software
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets
