Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive / Calling Staff will handle direct sales outreach, qualify prospective buyers, share product catalogs, and convert leads into orders over the phone and WhatsApp Business. This role is responsible for driving revenue through outbound calling and prompt handling of inbound client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

 * Make outbound calls to retail buyers, wholesalers, and prospective leads to introduce the product catalog.

 * Answer incoming inquiries received via phone, IndiaMART, or social media, explaining pricing, fabric/product specifications, and minimum order quantities (MOQ).

 * Share product catalogs, lookbooks, and rate cards via WhatsApp Business and follow up consistently until order confirmation.

 * Negotiate deal terms, discounts, and dispatch timelines within company guidelines to close sales.

 * Maintain clear daily records of calls made, follow-up statuses, converted leads, and dispatched orders in Excel or CRM.

 * Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and provide payment/tracking details to clients.

 * Re-engage past buyers and existing customers regularly to drive repeat orders and seasonal restocks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 * Education: Minimum 12th standard pass or Graduate (any discipline).

 * Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is an added advantage.

 * Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, customer service, or B2B/retail sales (experience in textile, garments; freshers with strong communication skills welcome).

 * Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, Google Sheets/MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
