About Us

We are a leading jewellery manufacturing company specializing in Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds, Gold Jewellery, and Silver Jewellery. We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive who can manage and grow our online sales across multiple marketplaces.

Job Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage and operate seller accounts on:

• Etsy
• Amazon India
• Amazon USA
• Flipkart
• Create and optimize product listings.
• Upload new products with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Monitor account health and seller performance metrics.

Order & Inventory Management

• Process and track customer orders.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
• Maintain inventory across all platforms.
• Prevent stock mismatches and overselling.

Product Listing & Content

• Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Upload high-quality product images and videos.
• Research competitor listings and pricing.

Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries, messages, and reviews.
• Resolve complaints and return requests professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Advertising & Growth

• Manage Amazon Ads and Etsy Ads campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance and optimize budgets.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and visibility.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze platform performance and suggest improvements.
• Track conversion rates, sales trends, and profitability.

Required Skills

• Experience managing Etsy, Amazon, and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and SEO.
• Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury Products, or Accessories.
• Knowledge of international marketplace selling.
• Experience with catalog management and bulk product uploads.
• Understanding of image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant marketplace management experience preferred.
