The role involves handling customer inquiries over the phone, following up with leads, converting inquiries into sales, and assisting customers who visit our showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with new and existing customers to generate sales.
• Explain products, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Attend to walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Salary₹20,000 per month during the first 3 months (Probation Period).
• ₹25,000 per month after successful completion of the probation period.
• Working Hours9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly OffNo weekly holiday on Sunday.
