Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: 1 years
Timing : For Male : 9 To 7 Pm / For Female : 9.30 am to 6.30 Pm
Salary : Depends on Experience
Location: Mathan Solar, Surat
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and employee development.
Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and track employee growth.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure labor law compliance and maintain HR records.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and data analysis for management.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Experience: 1 years in HR roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
Languages: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy with confidential information.
