• Meet existing and prospective clients to understand their financial goals.

• Review mutual fund & insurance portfolios and suggest improvements.
• 💼 Upselling & Cross-selling
• Offer relevant financial products like SIPs, Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance.
• 🤝 Referral Generation
• Generate new leads through existing client references.
• 🏪 Stall Activities & Field Work
• Participate in stalls, events, and local activities for lead generation.
• 📈 Business Development
• Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• 📚 Learning & Training
• Continuous learning about financial products, market trends, and compliance.
• 🎯 Candidate Profile Minimum Graduate (Finance preferred)
• Experience in field sales / BFSI is an advantage
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds & Insurance (training provided)
