Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry in Tally, MS Excel, and company software.
  • Enter and maintain sales, purchase, stock, and other business-related records.
  • Verify data and ensure accuracy of entries.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital documents.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Update and maintain records as required by different departments.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, and other teams for required information.
  • Support basic accounting and documentation activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.
  • Complete assigned data entry and documentation work within deadlines.
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of accounting entries will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
