Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing and potential clients. The primary responsibility is to visit clients in Surat, understand their business requirements, encourage service renewals, re-engage inactive clients, and convert previously contacted prospects into active customers. Key Responsibilities Visit existing clients regularly to maintain strong business relationships. Meet clients whose services are due for renewal and encourage them to continue using our services. Visit leads who were previously contacted but did not avail of our services. Understand the reason for non-conversion and collect customer feedback. Present alternative solutions, revised offers, or suitable service packages based on client requirements. Build trust with clients through professional communication and regular follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal Sales, Operations, and Support teams for smooth customer onboarding. Maintain records of client visits, meeting outcomes, and follow-up plans in the CRM. Achieve monthly targets for renewals, client reactivation, and conversions. Prepare daily visit reports and share updates with the reporting manager. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing ability. Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Client Relationship, or Customer Success. Freshers with excellent communication and field sales aptitude may also apply. Must be comfortable with client visits across Surat. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly client visits completed. Renewal conversion percentage. Reactivation of inactive clients. New business generated from old leads.
