Hiring: BIM Trainer / Revit InstructorCompany: Simplified Academy

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

About the RoleSimplified Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate BIM Trainer / Revit Instructor to join our academic team.

We are seeking candidates with strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and construction industry workflows.

The selected candidate will conduct live online training sessions from our Surat office and guide students enrolled in our International BIM Professional Program.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live online training sessions on Autodesk Revit and BIM.
  • Teach practical BIM modeling and software workflows.
  • Explain architectural, structural, and MEP modeling concepts based on expertise.
  • Guide students through practical projects and assignments.
  • Demonstrate Revit tools, families, documentation, and modeling techniques.
  • Resolve students' technical doubts and provide individual guidance.
  • Prepare training materials and practical exercises.
  • Help students develop industry-ready BIM skills.
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Understanding of BIM concepts and construction workflows.
  • Practical experience in Revit modeling and project execution.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Confidence in conducting live online training sessions.
  • EligibilityDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Revit/BIM experience.
  • Experience in technical training or teaching will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh candidates with exceptional Revit skills may also be considered.
  • Preferred SkillsAutodesk Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP.
  • Autodesk Navisworks.
  • AutoCAD.
  • BIM Coordination and Clash Detection.
