Role - Junior QuickBooks Online Accountant – US Process
Company: RBC Global Advisors Private Limited
Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: 0–1 Year (Practical QBO Knowledge Required)
About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Accountant with working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) to support our US accounting outsourcing operations.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their accounting careers who have already worked with QuickBooks Online and want to gain further exposure to US accounting and CPA firm operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Review bank feeds and match transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and Excel schedules.
- Assist in monthly bookkeeping and closing activities.
- Coordinate with US CPA firm staff regarding assigned tasks.
- Assist with accounting and tax-related documentation.
- Eligibility & RequirementsB.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Practical working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
- 0–1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Understanding of bank reconciliations, journal entries and basic bookkeeping.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working from 9 PM to 3 AM IST.
- Reliable laptop and internet connection.
