Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and optimize CNC/VMC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
- Set up CNC/VMC machines for production.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining product quality.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records and follow safety standards.
- RequirementsDiploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining centers and VMC operations.
- Hands-on experience with G-Code, M-Code, and tool offset setting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers is preferred.
- Experience in fixture planning and process improvement is an added advantage.
