Job Description

Delhi Chai Cafe is looking for a Head Chef Cum Trainer who can handle kitchen operations and train staff. The candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation, quality control, and team handling.

Responsibilities

Good knowledge of Chinese and Continental food

Handle daily kitchen work smoothly

Maintain food quality and taste

Train kitchen staff in cooking and hygiene

Make sure the kitchen is clean and organized

Manage stock and reduce wastage

Create and maintain recipes and kitchen processes

Support in kitchen setup and staff training

Work with management for better kitchen operations

Skills Required

Experience in Continental snacks

Knowledge of Pizza, Pasta, and Italian food

Knowledge of Mocktails, Shakes, and Café beverages

Good team handling skills

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as Chef / Senior Chef / Trainer

Experience in kitchen operations and staff training

Hotel Management or Culinary degree preferred
