Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as Plant Manager or senior production role in Home Appliances manufacturing

• Strong expertise in production planning, quality control, and plant operations

• Skilled in manpower management and shop floor discipline

• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety compliance

• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations and drive production targets

• Ensure quality standards and process compliance

• Oversee manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams

• Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives

• Ensure safety and statutory compliance at the plant
