Job description
•
Set up and Operation of Lathe Machine.
•
Having knowledge about basic mechanical operations Like chamfer, Turning, Taper turning, Boring, knurling. Knowledge of taps & drill Size Thread in Metric & UNC/UNF (Thread per inch)
•
Selection of Suitable Tools for Different Materials Grade Like Stainless Steel and Titanium
•
To work within very Close Tolerances and be able to work in a Production Focus Environment.
•
Tooling Instructions or Standard Charts to Determine Specification Procedures.
•
Perform routine Machine Maintenance, Monitor Tool wear, change Tools, as Required
