Experience: Relevant experience in clinical administration preferred,Minimum 3 years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day clinical administration activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Ensure smooth clinical operations and effective patient-care delivery.
• Monitor clinical processes and adherence to organizational policies.
• Coordinate between clinical departments and management.
• Manage staffing, duty schedules, and clinical workflows.
• Maintain and review clinical documentation and reports.
• Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
• Handle clinical staff concerns and ensure effective team coordination.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare protocols and regulations.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support audits, inspections, and other clinical administrative activities.
