In this role, you will be the face of MobiKwik on the field, visiting local retail markets, shops, and businesses. Your primary focus will be to expand MobiKwik’s digital footprint by onboarding new merchants and selling our ecosystem of fintech products, including MobiKwik QR Codes, Soundboxes, and EDC (POS) Machines.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Acquisition: Visit local shops, retail outlets, restaurants, pharmacies, and commercial markets daily to pitch and sell MobiKwik products.
  • Product Demos & Sales: Educate local merchants on how to use:
  • MobiKwik QR Codes for seamless digital and UPI payments.
  • MobiKwik Soundboxes for real-time audio payment alerts.
  • EDC / POS Machines for processing debit, credit, and wallet card transactions.
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Complete the digital merchant onboarding process on-the-spot using smartphones, including capturing required basic KYC details and business documents.
  • Deployment: Set up and securely paste QR codes, position the Soundbox, or deliver the active EDC machine at the merchant location.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain good, supportive relations with local business owners to ensure high transaction volumes and resolve basic product usage queries.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly merchant onboarding and device deployment targets as outlined by your reporting manager.
  • Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 0 experience required; open to freshers with a strong passion for making a career in sales.
  • Mandatory Assets:
  • Must own an Android Smartphone.
  • Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
  • Documents needed: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and active Bank Account details.
  • Skills:
  • Strong local language and area knowledge (knowing the market layout helps immensely).
  • Good negotiation and "convincing" skills.
  • High energy and stamina for extensive field/outdoor travel.
