Field Sales Executive

Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Merchant Acquisition)Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our merchant acquisition team. In this role, you will be the face of the company on the ground, visiting local retail shops, kirana stores, restaurants, and various businesses to pitch and install our digital payment solutions—including QR Codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC (Swipe) Machines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Field B2B Sales: Visit retail markets daily to identify potential merchants (shopkeepers, small business owners, vendors).
• Product Pitching: Explain the benefits of digital payment modes, showcasing how our QR Codes, Sound Boxes (voice alerts for payments), and EDC card machines prevent payment fraud and ease daily accounting.
• Merchant Onboarding: Collect required documents (KYC, Bank details, Business proof) and complete the digital onboarding process on our application.
• Product Installation & Demo: Set up the QR codes/Sound boxes at the merchant's shop and provide a quick live demo on how to track payments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with onboarded merchants to ensure active usage of our devices and handle basic troubleshooting if they face payment issues.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for merchant onboarding and device deployment.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
• Assets Needed: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license and a smart Android phone.

• Strong local language communication skills (fluency in regional language is a must; basic English is a plus).
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working entirely on the field traveling within assigned local territories.
