Medical Representative - Touring (Himachal Pradesh)

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to strengthen our pharmaceutical distribution network in Solan and surrounding markets. The selected candidate will initially work closely with the Solan team and will gradually be groomed to independently handle touring markets and territory development across Himachal.

Key Responsibilities: Visit chemists, pharmacies and healthcare trade customers according to an assigned beat. Take orders and follow up for repeat business. Develop new customers and reactivate inactive accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Follow up on outstanding payments through company-approved processes. Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, pricing and schemes. Coordinate with the Solan office for stock availability, billing and dispatch. Expand SMA's presence in currently under-covered markets. Maintain disciplined daily reporting of visits, orders, customer issues and market activity.

Candidate Profile: Prior experience in pharma, FMCG, field sales, distribution or B2B sales preferred. Strong willingness to travel extensively. Good communication and customer-handling ability. Self-driven and capable of working independently. Two-wheeler and valid driving license required. Candidates should preferably be based in Solan or nearby.
