Position: Field Technician

Location: Gurugram

Salary & Benefits💰 In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month

💰 CTC: ₹22,000 per month

Eligibility✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field

✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

✔ Two-wheeler (Bike) mandatory with valid driving license

✔ Willingness to travel within assigned locations

Job Responsibilities🔧 Installation and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment

🔧 Troubleshooting and repairing technical issues at customer sites

🔧 Preventive maintenance visits as per schedule

🔧 Maintaining service reports and documentation

🔧 Coordinating with customers and internal teams for service support

🔧 Ensuring timely resolution of service requests

Required Skills✅ Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Customer service orientation

✅ Ability to work independently in the field
