Job SummaryWe are looking for a Debt Recovery Executive who will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely loan/dues recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and follow up for pending loan payments.
• Make calls and communicate with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Explain payment details, due dates, and available payment options.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, calls, and payment status.
• Coordinate with the collection team and report daily recovery updates.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Follow company policies and professional recovery practices.
• Submit regular field visit and collection reports.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer handling and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of loan/collection processes.
