Job Description

Job Title: System Assistant / Computer Operator

Location: Sitamarhi, Motihari

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: BCA / Graduate / Diploma in Computer or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Assistant / Computer Operator who will be responsible for handling daily data operations, billing processes, and supporting system-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel and basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data using MS Excel
  • Perform data analysis using formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
  • Handle billing and data entry tasks accurately
  • Maintain records and reports as required
  • Provide basic support for software and hardware issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates

Required Skills:

  • Good command over MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Basic knowledge of billing processes
  • Working knowledge of computer systems (Software & Hardware)
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred:

  • Candidates with relevant computer courses or certifications
  • Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply
