Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Manager/Plant Manager with Minimum 12–15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years leading a plant. Experience in aerosols, personal care, FMCG, chemicals or automotive products preferred. Qualifications & ExperienceB.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Production/Industrial) or equivalent. MBA preferred.

Position Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for overall manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery and compliance objectives. The role oversees Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Stores, EHS and coordination with QA, QC and R&D.

Key Responsibilities·        Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve production targets.

·        Drive productivity, OEE, capacity utilisation and cost optimisation.

·        Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO, FDA and statutory requirements.

·        Coordinate Production, Maintenance, Planning, QA/QC, Stores and Purchase.

·        Monitor production planning and on-time order fulfilment.

·        Reduce downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance.

·        Control manufacturing costs, wastage and inventory.

·        Lead manpower planning, training and performance management.

·        Drive Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Handle customer, regulatory and certification audits.

·        Ensure timely CAPA implementation and operational discipline.

·        Prepare MIS reports and plant performance reviews for management.

·        Liaison with Local authorities, govt departments wherever necessary

·        Ensure overall safety in the plant in terms of equipment condition, safety training, practices etc.
