Employee Health and Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety practices
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Manage fire safety systems and conduct mock drills
• Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Ensure contractor and PPE compliance
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Science / Engineering; Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred
• 3–7 years of EHS experience (manufacturing/chemical industry preferred)
• Key Skills & Knowledge of EHS regulations
• Risk assessment & incident investigation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
