Job Description

Position: E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
• Upload new products and update product information.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and returns.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with courier partners.
• Optimize product listings and maintain accurate data.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Work with the team to achieve daily business targets.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• MS Excel and internet browsing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Experience in e-commerce is preferred but freshers can also apply.
