Mining Faculty

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mining Faculty / Professor to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Mining Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding student projects, participating in research activities, and contributing to academic and institutional development.

• Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic DutiesDeliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and field training in Mining Engineering subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Research & DevelopmentConduct research in Mining Engineering and related areas.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
• Apply for research grants and funded projects.
• Promote innovation and industry-oriented research activities.
• Industry & Institutional EngagementEstablish collaborations with mining industries and professional organizations.
• Organize workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and guest lectures.
• Participate in accreditation, curriculum development, and quality assurance activities.
• Support departmental and institutional administrative functions.
• Student DevelopmentMentor students for academic excellence and career development.
• Encourage participation in technical competitions, conferences, and professional societies.
• Assist in placement and internship activities.
• Qualification Requirements:B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering (Mandatory).
• M.E./M.Tech in Mining Engineering or related specialization.
• Ph.D. in Mining Engineering (Preferred for Professor positions).
• Qualifications should be as per AICTE/UGC norms.
• Experience:Assistant ProfessorAs per AICTE/UGC norms.
• Teaching, research, or industry experience preferred.
