Job Description
Total Requirement: 4 ( 3 Room Attendant + 1 Public Area Attendant )
Department: Housekeeping
Position: Room Attendant
Positions Required: 3
To clean, maintain and prepare guest rooms according to the resort's housekeeping and cleanliness standards while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established SOPs.
- Make beds and replace bed linen and towels as required.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture and room fixtures.
- Replenish guest amenities and room supplies.
- Check the overall presentation of rooms before completion.
- Report maintenance defects or damaged items to the Supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings with care and follow lost-and-found procedures.
- Respond politely to guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and equipment.
- Complete assigned rooms within the required time.
- Follow all hygiene, safety and grooming standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good work discipline and time management.
- Guest-friendly attitude.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit for housekeeping duties.

Position: Public Area Attendant
Position Required: 1
To maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across all public and common areas of the resort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, walkways, public washrooms and other assigned areas.
- Ensure public areas are clean, presentable and free from litter.
- Dust, sweep, mop and clean assigned areas as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness of public washrooms and replenish required supplies.
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment used for public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the Supervisor.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests in public areas.
- Assist the housekeeping team during peak periods and special events.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Follow all hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work.
- Good discipline and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Professional grooming and behaviour.
