Job Description
Chemist – Dairy Industry
Company: SNA Milk & Milk Products Ltd (Desi Farms brand)
Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–2 years (dairy/food industry preferred)
No. of Positions: 4–5
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control testing on raw milk and dairy products (milk, ghee, butter, dahi, shrikhand, etc.)
- Test for Fat, SNF, acidity, adulteration, and microbial contamination
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and dairy industry quality standards
- Maintain accurate test records and prepare quality reports
- Collaborate with the production team on process hygiene and quality improvement
