- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure achievement of company targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff across different departments.
- Set operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth operations.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Maintain operational reports, MIS, and other required records.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followed.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Control operational costs and improve overall profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Management / Operations / Hospitality / Retail / relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
