💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

🚗 Travel Allowance: Provided by the institute

🎯 Experience: Minimum 2+ years

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and local communities to promote courses

✅ Generate leads and counsel students and parents about courses and admissions

✅ Build relationships with school principals, teachers and counsellors

✅ Conduct education campaigns, seminars and career guidance activities

✅ Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions

✅ Achieve monthly sales and admission targets

✅ Maintain lead records and daily/weekly reports

✅ Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Graduate in any discipline preferred

✔️ 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development or admissions counselling

✔️ Education sector experience will be an advantage

✔️ Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; working knowledge of English

✔️ Strong convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills

✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools

✔️ Willingness to travel daily across assigned areas in Punjab

✔️ Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

✔️ Self-motivated, presentable and target-oriented
