UI UX And Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

Brand & Identity Work

• Design logos, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines for clients across manufacturing, education, and creative industries
• Create brochures, pitch decks, and print collateral that are production-ready (bleed, CMYK, fold mechanics — not just pretty PDFs)
• Develop multi-format asset sets (logo lockups, favicon, monochrome versions, social formats) from a single brief

Digital & Web Design

• Design web pages and UI flows in Figma, spec'd cleanly enough for direct developer handoff
• Work within an existing design token system (typography scale, color variables, spacing grid) — extend it, don't reinvent it

Studio Tools & Interactive

• Design UI for browser-based Job
• Understand the aesthetic rules of each Indian art tradition well enough to design interfaces that feel authentic, not just decorative
• Collaborate on new tool concepts — you'll be expected to have a point of view, not just execute

Day-to-Day Realities

• Open, read, and suggest edits to real HTML/CSS files — you don't need to code, but you must be able to have a conversation about code
• Prepare and export production-ready files: SVG, PNG, PDF, print-ready AI/EPS
• Keep a component library updated as the studio's design system grows
• Attend a weekly creative review, present your work, receive critique, and revise

What We're Looking ForNon-negotiable

• 1–2 years of real design work (freelance, agency, or in-house — doesn't matter, quality does)
• A portfolio that shows at least one logo system (lockups, not just a mark), one brochure or print piece, and one digital/web design
• Proficiency in Figma — not just for making things pretty, but for building components, auto-layout, and organised file structure
• Typography discipline — you know why type scale, weight contrast, and line-height matter, and your work shows it
• Colour restraint — you can work within a defined palette and extend it logically, not just pick what feels nice
