Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
* Convert leads into successful sales.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and closure.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Required Skills
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
* Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Experience & Qualification
* Qualification: Any Graduate.
* Experience: 1–3 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
