About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tele caller to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support sales and customer relationship activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in tele calling, telesales, or customer support.

Position: Executive / Senior Executive 

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

·      Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi and local languages

·      Good listening and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office

·      Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.

·      Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities
